A lot of people feel afraid to share what’s on their mind, their feelings, their fears, and their anxiety. They just can’t let it out.

“What will they think of me?” is the first question that comes to their minds. We are too anxious about our career, our future, our social life, our family, with so much pressure, sometimes our mind just wants to burst out, but we can’t let it out. And keeping things suppressed is the major cause of depression in so many people. Our very own Bollywood superstars too are victims of extreme mental pressure and mental illness.
