Our medicines are fairly new to this world, having only been around for a 100 years, we would still consider them young and evolving with time.

With a cure for Aids and Cancer still to be found, we cannot say that medical field has progressed leaps and bounds in this century. Ayurveda, India’s ancient medical system, has been around for 5,000 years, proving as effective today as it was thousands of years ago.

It  is seeing a great resurgence in our era. Ayurveda, with its four-dimensional approach to healing (addressing body, mind, soul, and senses), could help overcome anorexia nervosa: a problem that involves all four dimensions.
